Do I need a booking for a pink slip?

A quick call ahead on 02 4944 7855 is best — most days we can fit a pink slip in same day, and booking means you're not waiting around while the hoists are full.

What happens if my car fails the inspection?

You get a repair notice listing exactly what needs fixing, and 14 days to have it re-inspected without paying for a second full inspection. Because we're a workshop as well as an inspection station, we can usually quote and do the repairs on the spot, then re-test.

How long does a pink slip take?

The inspection itself takes around 20–30 minutes. The result is lodged electronically with Transport for NSW straight away, so you can renew your rego online the same day.

Do all cars need a pink slip for rego?

In NSW, light vehicles more than 5 years old need an eSafety check each year to renew registration. Your rego renewal notice will say if one is required.
